Daniella Stonefield | Co-Founder
Daniella is a creative at her core. Bringing her extensive experience in service, negotiation, marketing, design, speaking, writing, and networking to bear for her team and their clients every day is the only way she knows to do business.
Beginning her real estate career more than a decade ago, Daniella quickly cemented herself as a fixture in the worlds of both local and global luxury real estate. After partnering with Ric in 2018, the two grew The Hilton Head Life before launching Elevé Properties in 2021, finally bringing their passion and expertise to eXp’s Luxury Division in 2024.

Ric has been involved in residential real estate his entire career, with leadership roles in Mortgage Banking, Residential Construction and Renovation, Design, Timber Framing, and Development. He knows how best to navigate the many complexities of a real estate transaction, and leverages his years-long relationships throughout the industry to ensure success and a seamless process again and again.

Bonna Keckley | Executive Assistant, Client Concierge Manager
The glue that keeps the operation together, Bonna handles all things operations and client care for the Elevé team. She brings an extensive background in real estate investing, which she and her husband have been doing for their own family for many years.
A dedicated member of the team and equally skilled in service and operations, Bonna is an invaluable part of the Elevé family and a critical ally for our clients.
Bruce Helwig | REALTOR®
As a practicing attorney for more than 40 years and a licensed broker for much of that time, Bruce spent his previous career as a medical malpractice litigator in New York City. As so many do, he became a longtime seasonal visitor before moving to beautiful Hilton Head Island full-time in 2023.
What began as a walk-in to Ric and Daniella’s then-office at Colleton River became a dedicated client relationship, and as often occurs on the Elevé team, client became friend, and friend became family. Ultimately, Bruce decided to join the team in 2024 as a full-time agent, bringing his knowledge of the law and life on Hilton Head Island to work for Elevé clients.
Kim Maggio | Broker Associate
Kim’s passion for creating beautiful living spaces began when she started building and designing homes for her own family. Over the years, she built several waterfront properties on Long Island’s East End, gaining first-hand experience with the process. This foundation naturally led her into real estate and a successful career that spanned nearly two decades in the Long Island market.
In 2015, Kim relocated to Bluffton to embrace year-round golf and the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, bringing more than 24 years of experience and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Her greatest joy lies in helping families find their place in the world, guiding them home and sharing in the excitement of each new beginning.

Debbie built her 20-year real estate reputation in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley before relocating to Bluffton to enjoy the Lowcountry lifestyle. Originally from Hoboken, New Jersey, Debbie spent more than two decades raising her family in PA before making Hampton Lake home, where she lives with her husband, Ron, and their children and grandchildren all nearby. When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball or bocce, traveling, and savoring life by the water.

The son of two REALTORS (including his father, Carl Schroeder, a South Carolina REALTOR® Hall of Fame inductee), Charlie continues a proud family legacy built on integrity, professionalism, and deep local knowledge.
Charlie lives in Hilton Head Plantation with his wife, Kati, and their sons. When he’s not serving clients, you’ll find him cheering on the Clemson Tigers as president of the local Clemson Club, where he leads the charge in orange and regalia for every game. A longtime fine dining enthusiast, Charlie also enjoys exploring the Lowcountry’s vibrant culinary scene, savoring fine wine, creative cocktails, and the company of good friends.
